JOB DESCRIPTION:

Lead, plan, and organize daily kitchen operations
Develop menus and manage food preparation
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Oversee purchasing, inventory, and cost control
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations
Manage, train, and schedule kitchen staff
Collaborate closely with management and front-of-house team

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Solid knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen regulations
Passion for high-quality food and creativity
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
