JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sous Chef at NOFO Wine Bar, you will be a key part of the kitchen team, supporting and assisting the Head Chef while leading the kitchen staff. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, leading and training kitchen staff, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, and maintaining updated menus. You will also manage ordering, inventory, and ensure hygiene and safety standards.

THE POSITION

• Full-time (100%) position with evening and weekend shifts.
• Extensive experience as a chef or sous chef is required.
• A strong passion for wine and food.
• Creative, self-driven, and with a keen eye for detail.
